State an educated quess of what
you think might happen during the experiment. This is usually an "if...then" statement. i.e. If I use extra chocolate chips in my cookie
recipe, then my cookies will taste better.

List all materials and equipment used in the experiment. Include number of items
and measurements.

Procedure:
|
List all steps that will be used to conduct the lab. Bullets are acceptable.

Raw Data:
|
Construct tables and charts to present the data collected. Title and label all tables
and charts completely. Include units of measurement.
|
|
Calculations:
|
Include all mathematical manipulation of the raw data, formulas, and units of measurement.
|

Lab Questions:
|
Answer all questions from the lab worksheets in complete sentences (restate the
question in your sentence).

Observations: |
Write down your observations of the samples in your environment using your
senses. i.e. color changes, changes in texture or consistency, odor, etc.

Conclusion:
|
Evaluate your data in your own words. Explain what it proves and give supporting
data for the proof. What is the reason for your conclusion? Was your hypothesis
correct?
